At Seagrave Fire Apparatus...

...we will refurbish, convert and/or update your Seagrave apparatus, aerials or pumpers, to “like new” condition for a fraction of the replacement cost. All refurbish work is done at our Seagrave facility by our dedicated and skilled workforce to ensure our customers receive the utmost quality apparatus. Our customized refurbish program is tailored to meet your exact requirements.

Prior to performing the actual work, we will thoroughly discuss your equipment with you, including the future requirements of the vehicle and the problems requiring correction to make your vehicle safe and efficient. We will arrange inspection trips with trained factory personnel to help you detail your requirements and furnish you with references, pictures, drawings, etc. to make sure you are thoroughly satisfied that your finished product is exactly what you expected it to be.

Arrangements can be made to rebuild complete trucks or only portions of the equipment, as needed. Pumps, ladders, hydraulic parts, etc. may be shipped separately in place of delivering the complete truck to the factory. Complete detailed procedures are available upon request for any area of the refurbish program.

These procedures describe the processes, materials, tests and itemized steps used to perform each area of the work required.
